Facebook Group Guidelines

The purpose of our Facebook group is to create safe online community for introverted women to promote and uplift each other.

Facebook Group Rules

1. Be introverted (even if you are not one).

Introverts tend to be more reserved by nature. It takes us a while to warm up to others; we value privacy and get embarrassed easily. We are not asking that you walk on eggshells around us, but we are asking that you THINK before you

2 Be 21 and up.

Be 21 years old or up. We have women in the group with various demographics.

3. Engage in real conversation.

This is an introvert “girlfriends group.” We want it to feel as such when we walk in. Topics about introversion are highly suggested. Click bate memes and low effort posts are not allowed. Here are examples, “what hairstyle are you?” “What dessert are you?” Click bait memes are memes with questions.

These types of posts are fun but flood the group making the meaningful, relevant and personal posts pushed to the bottom & overlooked.

If you post a non click bait meme or a post that does not deal with introversion, write a meaningful caption to share your own thoughts.

4 No trolling and be respectful.

No trolling. No mean girls allowed. Understand that not everyone thinks like you, looks like you or values what you value. Respect the opinions of others even if you disagree with them. No shaming, no spamming, no shading or no disrespect ever! We are all adults here!

Be mindful.

Do not post any defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal comments. No graphic or disturbing photos or video. This also includes posts about political agendas, elections, promotions, & click bait. Triggering topics please use the word TRIGGER post.

6 This is not a therapy group and should not be seen as a substitute for participating in therapy with a licensed professional.

There will likely be topics & conversations that are therapeutic in nature. If you are having a significant mental health crisis, contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 /911.

7. No solicitation.

No affiliate links. No self promotion. Don’t spam or PM anyone who didn’t explicitly ask for it. This is not a space to market your blog posts, opt ins, services, products, etc. Only approved sponsors are allowed to promote in the group. #ApprovedPost

8 Be safe. Safety is paramount.

Please remember that this is a public forum and confidentiality cannot be assured. Please help to maintain the safety of the group by not sharing information that others say here outside of the group, this includes taking screenshots of posts.

9.No organizing non-authorized meetups.

Introverted Girlfriends host meetups in various cities. Please join one of our meets ups near you. We will delete posts attempting to organize meetups. If you organize meet ups in the group it may be confusing to members who may affiliate it to our brand -Introverted Girlfriends, LLC.

10. Do not go live in the group.

Unless you are approved to do so.

Facebook Removal & Muting Members
